Geneva Home Daycare 

My name is Linda. I live in Burlington, Ontario Canada. I have been providing daycare in my home since January 1994. I started when my own children were younger, and its my love of children and the enjoyment of my profession that has kept me in this business when my own children got older. I feel I offer children a loving, safe, and fun environment in which to grow, and your peace of mind, knowing your children are well cared for.

Prior to starting my daycare business I was a stay at home mom of my eldest daughter but worked evenings for a Law firm in my home. Legal Secretary was my first career before becoming mom.

When I was pregnant with my second daughter, I decided that I loved staying at home and wished to continue for many years to come. So the idea of Home Daycare came to be. I have loved every minute since.

I have been married for many years. Kevin, my husband is a Manager of a GM Parts Warehouse and has been with the same company for his whole career. We have two daughters, Samantha and Victoria. Our girls have never really known a time without having an extended family and consider the Daycare Children their siblings.

For your child’s safety and your piece of mind my home has been inspected by the Fire Department and Health Department. I have obtained a police check on all members over the age of 18 in my home. I have updated my CPR and first aid. I belong to the THRC Child Care Directory and Information Line and Halton Childcare Providers Association. I attend seminars offered by these organizations yearly on various topics.
